Refund Policy

Since we do not accept returns, refunds are not applicable once the order is successfully delivered.

We only accept requests in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong item

In such cases:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide an unboxing video and clear images as proof

After verification, we will:

  • Offer a replacement OR
  • Provide a refund, if replacement is not possible
