Return Policy

We do not accept returns on any products once they are delivered.

This policy is in place because:

  • Jewellery is a personal-use product
  • Precious metals like silver and gold are easily affected after use
  • We cannot verify if the product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

We only accept requests in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong item

In such cases:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide an unboxing video and clear images as proof

After verification, we will:

  • Offer a replacement OR
  • Provide a refund, if replacement is not possible
